Reynolds Charitable Trust

The Reynolds Charitable Trust was created from funds donated to the Town of Exeter by Captain John Reynolds in 1844. The Trust provides grants to Exeter residents who may need a helping hand in obtaining food, clothing, shelter, senior services, literacy or healthcare. An organization may also request a grant for specific programs that improve the quality of life for less fortunate Exeter residents. Grants are awarded on a priority of need basis and are limited to $7,000. Educational Scholarships may also be available. The Grant award process is not designed to respond to immediate emergency needs.

Meetings

Residents are encouraged to attend Committee meeting. Notices of meetings are posted at the town hall, Post Office and other public boards as designated by the Town of Exeter.
